18년 동안 저는 자동차 산업에서 개발자로 일했습니다.
수많은 부품과 수치, 기준과 검증 사이에서 ‘정확함’과 ‘안전함’을 만드는 일을 해왔습니다.
그 시간은 분명 의미 있었지만, 어느 순간 이런 질문이 마음에 남기 시작했습니다.
이 기술과 경험을 더 많은 사람의 일상에 더 편안한 형태로 전할 수는 없을까.
복잡하지 않아도 좋고, 설명하지 않아도 자연스럽게 이해되며, 처음 만나는 사람에게도 부담 없이 다가갈 수 있는 것.
그렇게 소브홀릭은 시작되었습니다.

제가 제품을 만들기 시작한 이유는 단순합니다.
제가 먼저 진심으로 쓰고 싶었기 때문입니다.

“I wanted to create what is precise, not just what looks good.”
For 18 years, I worked as a developer in the automotive industry.
Between countless parts, numbers, standards, and tests, my work was to build precision and safety.
That time was meaningful, but at some point, one question stayed with me.
Could this technology and experience
reach more people’s everyday lives
in a more comfortable form?
Something that doesn’t need to be complicated.
Something that feels intuitive without explanation,
and approachable even to someone meeting it for the first time.
That is how SOVHOLIC began.
We don’t create quick choices.
We create choices that last.
Beyond visible functions,
we consider the emotion in the moment of use, the texture you feel,
and the quiet afterglow that remains at the end of the day.
The reason I began making products is simple.
I wanted to use them sincerely myself first.
Where my years as a developer
meet a deep care for everyday life,
